  • Shipping costs are based on package weight, destination, packaging materials, and transit speed. Price is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Options:

  • We currently ship our orders via USPS.

Delivery Time:

  • Please expect 2-4 days processing and 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited shipping may be available.

Packing:

  • We pack and wrap each plant very carefully, ensuring they will arrive in the best condition possible.

Cold Weather:

  • In colder weather, shipping costs are increased by approximately $6.00, as we must include insulation and heat packs with each order to ensure safe arrival.

Tracking:

  • Tracking is provided via email post-shipment with your order update.

Free Local Delivery:

  • Free local delivery is available for customers within 50 miles of Elliot's Nursery (Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ).
  • This is determined based on shipping address at checkout.
    Phone number will be required for this option.

Returns

Inspect on all orders thoroughly on arrival! Notify us within 24 hours of damage or plant health concerns - with photos!

Return Eligibility:

  • Damaged or wrong items: Full refund or replacement (if available) for any items that arrived damaged or if wrong items were sent.
  • Plant Health Guarantee: We offer a 14-day Plant Health Guarantee (for store credit). This covers if your plant dies or is showing signs of issues.

Return Process:

Visit our Contact Us page to initiate a return.

You must include the following:

  • Order Number.
  • Photo of issue or concern.
  • Detailed description of your concern.

*Return must be authorized prior to sending back item, otherwise refund may not be approved.
